The VeggieTales characters build a cake for you!
This was one of the first illustrations I had done for Big Idea Productions. I think only part of this got to be a concept for a Birthday Card. I usually did the layout and character groupings for the cards or apparel. I had a lot of fun doing this one. Just doing the scene all working within itself was so much fun. Junior is about to get smooshed by the falling cake and only the pea is beginning to be aware of the disaster. It was tough to do a cucumber with a backside to create that chain reaction.
