This was a "progressive" painting for a video. One shot was supposed to show that there were only three scarcely populated paths and as I painted, the way to go forward would be more clearly displayed. It was for a theme for a worship song that I was assigned. I don't think the filming actually showed a wide enough shot so that you could see that there were stages to it. It may have come across and a One scene view and focused more on a person simply painting. Oh well. I started off with the cold colors and started adding the orange leaves here and there, then the arrow to make it glaringly obvious….as…the theme was, sometimes we don't know which way to go when we have a few options but that the path we're to be on will become clear, so to speak.
